Sex! Horror! Movies! Music! Men! Chocolate! It’s what I write about because like they say, ‘write what you know’ (not to mention, ‘you are what you eat’…).
I’ve been drawn to horror and the supernatural since the spooks first showed up at my family’s Long Island home (find out more about in my home sweet horror). I’ve been intrigued by sex since I stumbled on nudy magazines stashed in my teenage brother’s magic kit when I was just a toddler. When the 1980s slasher sexploitation movie genre was booming, the scenes that disturbed me most were those that blended horror with naked women. EEK! While I’m a huge fan of scream queens (check out my favorite scream queens), I prefer the more ‘manly’ moments that can be found if you search long and hard for the long and hard. In fact, I’ve created a horror movie manhunt guide so you too can go stud stalking.
My published horror books substitute the usual horror T&A with S&M, B&D, and a whole lot of men. After having a number of my ‘porn’ stories published in magazines and book anthologies, I decided to combine the erotic and eerie, which led to my collection Closet Monsters: Zombied Out and Tales of Gothrotica, published by STARbooks Press. “Woof!,” the title of one of the five short stories in Closet Monsters, actually won first place in the January 2006 erotic short story writing contest at bookpuppy.co.uk (Wahoo!). Zombied Out, the novella in Closet Monsters, is a whole new twist on the classic ‘man-eating’ genre.
STARbooks also published my follow-up collection Horny Devils, which, like Closet Monsters, includes five erotic horror stories and one novella. Scream, Queen, the novella in Horny Devils, is a slasher with a high body count–HOT body count, that is!
And now, Bold Strokes Books is publishing my first full-length erotic horror novel, Combustion. If you’ve read my first two books, you should recognize some of the men and places, all of whom are making a return appearance for what I hope will be a long running series of novels!!! If Combustion is the first of my books you’ve picked up, prepare yourself for filthy sex, classic horror elements, and plenty of humor. It’s all in good fun. Enjoy!
Because I’m always in the music zone, I initially studied music in college. It was while doing so that my English teacher took a shine to my writing and convinced me that I was good. Two years later, I was enrolled as an English major. I minored in education, but after a five-month stint as a fill-in high school English teacher, I decided, “Frick, NO!” The high school at which I taught truly was built over Hellmouth. So I put all my energy into writing.

Best Gay Erotica 2009 includes my story “The Doctor is In”, which is a funny/sexy tale of a ‘tail’ specialist.
Bears features my story “White Meat,” which deals with my two favorite Bs: bear and black.
Dorm Porn includes “Breaking the Pact,” a revised version of an older story of mine that was featured in Cherry Tales magazine years ago. The original story, “Losing It,” centered around high school seniors who make a pact to lose their virginity in a series of gang bangs. I did a re-write, changing the setup, setting, and age group, and “Breaking the Pact” was born…or should I say, porn.
Just the Sex features stories that get right to the good parts, with little or no foreplay. My featured story is “A Lot to Give and Take.” The studly narrator in this one has a ‘big’ problem (I wish I had his problem…).
Manhandled includes a personal favorite story of mine that will give you a whole new outlook on a box of frozen cherry pops.
