The news and ‘scandal’ lately has been absolutely ridiculous to me. For starters, I can’t believe such a big deal is being made about McSteamy, or whatever his name is, being naked in a hot tub for 12 minutes on video with his wife Rebecca Gayheart and some former Miss Teen chick. Do we REALLY care that people get naked together when they’re hanging out at home with friends…especially when a hot tub is involved? I can’t even count the amount of parties I’ve been to that involve a hot tub and a bunch of naked friends getting in it.
As if that isn’t bad enough, this whole Michelle Obama in shorts while on vacation controversy is RIDICULOUS. Sure, people are saying it’s not about the vacation, but about her being on Air Force One in shorts. Honestly, until they SAID that image was of her getting off Air Force One, I thought it was just a shot of her getting off any old plane on her way to a vacation. She looked like any mother enjoying herself on vacation (my mom used to wear shorts like that). The only one inappropriately dressed in those photos was the PRESIDENT, all buttoned up in a shirt and dress pants! He looked ridiculous! He was on vacation, standing at the Grand Canyon with his wife and daughters, who were all in summer attire. Loosen your tie and lighten up, Mr. President! And the same goes for America.
