So, California is in deep financial trouble, and now there are some who believe that making marijuana legal…like…IMMEDIATELY will save them. Maybe allowing people to do drugs legally will have more of a chance of passing than allowing gay people to love each other, who knows. The ironic thing is, not a year ago, Californians raised a whole lot of money for a cause–to deny California’s gay citizens the right to marry. If they cared so much about their state and its well-being, maybe they should have used that ton of money to bail it out instead.
Forget a California that allows gay marriage. There may not even be a California soon!
